What's your eating personnality ?
Answer the following questions, enjoy!
1. When it comes to losing weight, what is your biggest concern?
Lack of foods i like.
Always being hungry.
The stress of monitoring my eating.
Takes too much time.
2. When are you most likely to overeat?
When I'm bored or food is around at work.
At a social food situation, BBQs, parties, out with friends.
When I'm stressed and worried.
Not a problem for me - I don't eat much at one time.
3. Which is closest to your favorite food craving?
A bag of potato chips or a bag of M&Ms.
A large plate of pasta and meatballs.
It's all good, whatever is around.
I don't really crave any special foods..
4. A typical breakfast for me would be:
Coffee and a donut.
Scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon and whole wheat toat.
It depends on my mood when I wake up.
I usually skip breakfast.
5. My shopping cart usually contains:
Packaged crunchy snacks, kid-focused foods, desserts, candy.
A large variety of healthy foods: Lean proteins, greek yogurt, fruits, vegetables, whole wheat bread.
Just the basics. I don't like to keep a lot of food around because it's hard to control my eating.
A variety of fresh and prepared foods, and single-serving foods when I can find them.
6. When someone offers me a snack:
I accept if it's salty, crunchy or sweet.
If it's homemade, I'll go for it.
I do my best to say no and stay in control.
I'm always a willing recipient.
7. A typical weeknight dinner for me would be:
Take out like pizza, Chinese or a fast-food restaurant.
Vegetables soup, Roast chicken, mashed potatoes, vegetables and a cupcake.
I try to eat healthy when I have a good day - and eat grilled fish and vegetables.
I don't really eat dinner - I graze throughout the evening.
8. When it comes to portion sizes:
I only have a problem with controlling my snacks and desserts.
Large portions are my biggest struggle.
If I'm in a good mood, my portion control is better.
I don't really think about posrtion control.
